The proposed Peaker Plant in Peabody, MA undermines the ability of municipal light plant districts to be part of the climate solution. 

This fund will enable us to retain legal counsel to help us make sure that protocols were followed correctly and the process was conducted according to the law. It will also support continued grassroots advocacy efforts as we work to empower advocates and strengthen our base.
